Contact Us
  • I can’t make it to a game, when do I need to let you know?

Please let us know as early as you can if you can’t make it, any cancellations made within 24 hours of the game date will not be accepted.

  • Do you have lockers or showers?

We have lockers to use and we can supply a lock for you to use free of charge! We are in the middle of 14 acres of woodland so unfortunately, showers are not available - unless it rains ;-)

  • Do you cancel for bad weather?

In all the years of running events, we have never cancelled an event due to bad weather. If it’s raining, it’s just like being in Nam and snow is great for snowball fights if you run out of paint.

  • What clothing is provided?

We supply each player with a camouflage coverall and a set of anti-fog goggles.

  • What is the minimum/maximum number of players?

At weekends, for adult paintball the minimum number of players is 6. The maximum number of players is 100. The minimum number of players for a midweek group is 10. The minimum number for Splatmaster is 10 players.

  • Do you sell smoke grenades?

Yes, we do. Please check on-site upon arrival for the latest deals! Only over-18s can buy smoke grenades. At times during the summer months, we don’t allow their use due to a fire risk.

  • How much are extra paintballs?

There are a number of discount packages which can be booked online or on the day which include paintballs.

On the day an extra 100 paintballs is £7 and a bag of 500 paintballs is £35.

  • How many games do we play?

During a full day of adult paintball, we play between 10 and 12 games. Each game lasts for 20 minutes.

  • Can you bring your own food and drink?

Yes, if you like, but we have some great food already in our snack bar which saves you the trouble and we serve hot food for breakfast and lunch from our food van.

  • Is lunch included?

All packages come with a jumbo hotdog, and with our Splatmaster package that includes food we offer a choice of jumbo hotdog or burger. We sell other snacks on site including a variety of cold drinks. Buy a mug for £1 and drink tea and coffee FREE all day.

  • What should I wear?

We recommend old clothes and sturdy footwear (Boots are ideal but lots of people play in trainers), we also recommend gloves, especially during the winter months.

  • How many paintballs will I use in a day?

Probably the most frequently asked question asked. The answer is that it’s really up to you. You are in control of the trigger.

  • What time do we need to be there and what time does it finish?

Our site is open all year round from 9am till 4pm each day. We run airsoft only days every other Sunday and players should check our booking system when these games are on. You should aim to arrive 30 minutes before your event starts. Before you can play any of our events you will need to attend a safety briefing. If you miss the safety briefing, you may not be able to play.

Usually, the staff who do the safety briefings are supervising the events, so if you turn up late there may be no one to give you a briefing without holding up the rest of the players who did turn up on time.
